      Pros

      There is a lot of learning here, I am working in php technology and the project is very interesting ones. All seniors and very nice and they helps me a lot of time. I am not agree with review of stress, high BP. I have got lot of help here and they even help me with loan when my family need it. I am like the work and my team. I find lots to learn

      Pros

      I've been with this organization for a while now and I really enjoy the work culture here. They give you the maximum flexibility as long as you get the work done in the right way. Salary is not a problem as long as you take responsibility and ownership of project even at a junior level.

      Cons

      It takes a while for getting adjusted to the company standards / policies / processes... but once done, things work out fine.
