      Busy and engaging days. Exposure to pretty much anything and everything. If you perform you will be rewarded more than you expect. Best place to start a career. Time here will ensure you are learning a LOT and FASTER than any other place.

      Cons

      Not many. Maybe more empathy towards employees may help. It basically depends on manager to manager.
