The only reason I can think of is money. If you want money, good increments, you can join this company. Otherwise see the cons.
Cons
Downsides: 1. Employees wear slippers in the office and talk only in their native language - marathi 2. No work culture at all 3. Some BA leads only play TT and do not work at all 4. No processes at all 5. HR do not know how to speak in a professional environment 6. Salary structure is a joke - they dont even cut PF. For some its gud as everything comes in hand as salary. But there should be some component for PF 7. Leaves are very less 8. Sandwitch of leaves - If u take leave on Friday and Monday, it will be counted as 4 leaves 9. Nothing much to learn from a BA perspective 10. There are only 4 toilets - 3 for males and 1 for females - in pathetic condition 11. Timings are joke - 2 to 12 for BA 12. There are total 4 designers - 1 is very good and 3 are bad (very bad)
