Pros

The more tenured employees and managers truly seem to enjoy what they do. There is a big emphasis on professional development, philanthropy, and transparency. Since most people commute, working hours are somewhat flexible and working from home is allowed depending on which team you join. Some (not all) teams do not require business casual attire during a typical workweek.

Cons

1) Compensation/Benefits - Pay for junior employees/managers is well below competitors in the area and there is a noticeable issue with employee retention. Also, in 2017 the healthcare plan moved from decent premiums to a high-deductible ($2000 for individuals; $4000 for families) while pay remains flat. 2) Location, location, location - Unless you're an officer, you probably can't afford to live near HQ, meaning you'll be in the car 2+ hours a day commuting from the city/west suburbs.

Pros

Veey good transport facility. Free WiFi and well versed work area. Good onsite opportunities. Very good training programmes. Company is damn good.

Cons

Team people are very worst in Bangalore especially for ETL production support Investment project. Manager doeat know how to treat everyone equally. Team members shows only seniorism, full of politics. No proper equal work recognition to all, partiality. Congested cafeteria. Not that good scope for learning. So guys please join the company by making sure you will not be putting in that worst team Inveatments project , if you are for ETL domain, be careful, team is the worst part, other than that company is very good.

Pros

Training - One of the best in the industry. A good place to start. Just don't stay.

Cons

You cannot count on receiving the retirement benefits promised when you started your career at Allstate when you retire. Just Google "Employee class action lawsuits against Allstate Insurance Company" After 35 years I retired and Allstate took my life insurance and now they have taken my away my Allstate Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).
