Pros

Decent pay, great work life balance, Low stress if you can actually sell, I personally have a very good relationship with my agency owner and other members of the team.

Cons

There is not really anything in it for me. I generate 50% of my own pay and there are zero benefits of any kind.

Pros

great work/life balance, friendly co-workers - the normal/respectful ones are beyond wonderful, stable job

Cons

Where creepy and condescending/sexist/arrogant/racist men go to die because no other company would let their behavior slide. And don't bother reporting it to HR or your manager; absolutely nothing will happen, even if your manager tries. They make it impossible to fire anyone. HR pretends to care, but like most companies, they only care about not getting sued. Multiple women, and even a few men, repeatedly reported the same couple of bad eggs to their managers (so multiple people reported them to multiple people), and yet, all were brushed off. Several women had to leave the company because of these men made the work environment so unhealthy for them. Very toxic climate for women. Also, less importantly, the work is pretty boring.

Pros

Pay And honestly nothing else

Cons

You know I'm not one to complain about a job but when I have to take more depression medication you know it's a bad place. I was very good friends with my boss and people would start rumors that week we're having an affair. When my aunt was killed I was getting so much problems trying to take the day off to mourn. And God forbid my boss gave me a hug while I was crying in the parking lot. A couple people were fired when they were talking in chat about a "leader" not letting someone use the restroom because she was feeling Ill. You have to stick to a script even though they tell you not to be robotic. Honestly the fact that I was a young women and cute made everyone start rumors about me and my boss. Management did nothing to stop this. Instead they thought it was wrong for my boss to hug me when my aunt died. When I got strep throat a week before my wedding they wouldn't let me take a couple of days off to get better. Also I got shingles again around close to the same time and they would not let me take time off for that. It wasn't so much that I needed to be away from other people and to be laying on the couch. It's that both of those are extremely contagious and my doctor even wrote them a letter. I could go on and on but save yourself the trouble and don't go through this hell.
