Pros

Free Cab and Free Wi-Fi at office Free Coffee/Tea (no cups though you have to get your own cups!)

Cons

1) Very rude HR. They think they own the company and all employees are mere labours. 2) Allstate US is very good and they care for employees. However Indian team is full of 'Politics' and boot lickers. 3) Employer PF is also added in your offer letter. Beware of it. You will get far less in hand with 4) Bad office, bad cafeteria. You will regret joining the office. 5) No WFH and no flexibility. Micro management and 'embossing' way to handle employees.

Joke of an employer

Pros

Good amount of PTO, nice benefits

Cons

Micromanages employees, always have to fight to keep your job, HR is a complete joke, managers don't know what they're doing. The RMBC is the worst department to work in. They call it underwriting but it's simply not. They pay their "underwriters" about 3x less than the industry average. There's inconsistencies in training that have resulted in the vast majority of the center to have unacceptable quality and we are being told that if we don't get it up, we're goners. There's no HR reps for the RMBC so good luck if you have a problem. I've spent over two weeks trying to report an issue and keep being directed to different places. Stay FAR AWAY.

Pros

Very diverse group of employees, Pension, Peer to peer mentoring is strongly encouraged and makes learning interesting and fun.

Cons

I worked in two different claims offices. The first one had amazing management and felt like a family. The second one was cold, the leadership was not very helpful or kind in general. There were a couple of exceptions. Micromanagement is huge here and you are even timed on the amount of minutes you can use the bathroom.
