Pros

The vacation time is unbeatable. Stable company. The benefits aren't bad either. Excellent Work\Life programs.

Cons

They're cheap in pay. The company is stuck in the typical ancient business model. Work ethic is not a favored trait in an employee. Employees aren't worth much unless they are salaried. Past work experience isn't worth much. They would rather remake new leaders.

Pros

Training is phenomenal. You will actually think you will enjoy the position.

Cons

Impossible goals that are raised every month. If you utilize your PTO you will be dropped a sales tier. This means you get less productive calls just for going on vacation. They want robots, not, people.

Pros

They won’t fire you because they are so under staffed

Cons

The workload was unbearable with most adjusters handling a pending of 300-400 claims. High turnover rate. Lowered employee morale. Upper management refused to address the actual issue and continued to loose employees further creating more work for those that stayed. Pay and benefits were not great either
