Pros

Fast paced and innovative. Excellent pension, fully funded plus 401K/Profit Sharing. Career opportunities within your department and in other departments for those interested in meeting / exceeding goals and willing to relocate. Higher education is reimbursed and encouraged. Technology has enhanced training and meetings. You will learn the business the right way, lots of checks and balances. Management receives employee feedback in surveys, encouraging timely and effective communication. Diversity and ethics is a major focus, culture is supportive. Respect and dignity is part of the culture.

Cons

Flexibility in work hours and balance of work and family is hard to achieve depending on department.

Pros

Good work life balance. Regognition is done via a point system from employee to employee, which can be traded in for time of, cafeteria coupons, and even gift cards to stores such as Best Buy and Target. Annual salary increases are fair.

Cons

Promotions seem to be based on not solely performance. It seems that tenure is also taken into account.

Pros

The benefits were great. They start on the first day. The job itself wasn't rocket science. If you don't mind sitting in a personalized cube all day, then it's great. Most of my co-workers were sweet and easy to work with. Sales managers were decent. The highlight of my day was probably the cafeteria!

Cons

It seemed like once the economy hit a low, our sales quotas hit a high. Higher ups are expecting you to sale even when people don't have money to buy! The marketing was awful. It's like the marketing team ordered a plane to drop flyers over every trailor park, hood, and homeless shelter in the US. People would call just because the flyer said something about 318 bucks, then they want to know how to get the money. Annoying.
