Pros

Work life balance, schedule, the people that work there, its challeging enough but not too hard. A great place to work, epecially for students in college. Growth opportunities.

Cons

Some of the customers get rude, its stressful at times. It can also be very competitive as you are doing the same thing every day.

Pros

flexible time off good people at the worker bee level fairly decent pay and benefits. local management tries to do well, but is hampered by mid and upper management.

Cons

since NextGen system was implemented 4 yrs ago, workload had drastically increased, leading to low employee morale and decrease quality of service to customer. in video, vice prez at HQ admitted he didn't know why customer satisfaction was not better than it was.

Pros

Work and Family Balance is good. A new employee is given 17-20 PTO days based on position. Usually a new employee will get to travel to Chicago for a weeks worth of training. Everyone is generally treated with dignity and respect.

Cons

Everything is based on seniority, if you don't have seniority, you won't be able to use your vacation days when you want them. You basically get leftovers. The claims count is extremely high and if your contacts aren't made in a timely fashion, you'll get a "fair" annual performance review and hardly no pay raise. The extremely high claims count makes it almost impossible to hit numbers. There isn't any training on how to handle extremely high workloads, you're just expected to do it.
