There is no future in this company for career advancement. .
Cons
Management is not held responsible for there actions. The benefits compared to other insurance companies is far below what fellow insurance people are receiving in the local area. Employee recognition is like working at Walmart. You get a parking spot. The Professionalism that had existed is no longer here. It really is about making yourself look good. Outsourcing is high on the list why not work for this company. I would of thought they would of learned their lesson with outsourcing to the Phillipines and having to pull the jobs back to the states.
