      The people are very nice and helpful You have access to everyone in the office when you need them Relaxed work environment

      Cons

      It is so large it takes things forever to get done To relaxed of an environment, can be frustrating at times when you have urgent needs

      Pros

      Be your own boss, be able to work your own schedule, ability to hire who you want, you can choose your hours of operation, you have the ability to earn what you are worth

      Cons

      Limited growth, no increased commission, their CIC department will make after hours sales for you but you will only receive 3.5% commission of the 10% you'd normally receive. You must maintain unrealistic internal goals that you have no control over.

      low salary, no overtime, poor work conditions, huge workload, no career advancement, lack of rewards for meeting goals, lack of internal communication, huge call volume, no assistance or support, lack of support from coworkers in other departments, internal cohorts, unfair appraisals, huge turnover rate
