Pros

Work from home Paid licensing and training

Cons

Call center expectations are ridiculous They barely give you a chance to breathe between calls The leads they promised and spoke so highly of during training are non existent, be prepared to cold call The system does not pull out uninsurable “prospects” so you end up wasting both you and the customers time by calling them and frustrating them even further

Cons

Pros

Great team members and co-workers

Cons

Regularly working overtime on weekends and evenings Base salary, bonus, and RRSP matching are lower than the industry across the board Always take your hard work for granted and expect you to go above and beyond all the time Not recognizing and rewarding the best performers Limited room for growth, career development, and advancement opportunities Outdated technology to the extent that the work experience become very uncompetitive in the industry Toxic environment coming from the top where any constructive criticism will not be tolerated and will place a target on your back
