Garbage internal processes. Always changing without keeping the workforce in mind. Never any opportunities to move into different positions. Shady HR and hiring manager processes

Cons

Very corporate culture, with constant shifts in best practices and personnel. Lack of communication between management and front lines staff. Company seems to put shareholders way above any employees.

Enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

Impossible workload. Most employees are carrying twice the workload that would be manageable. A lot of turnaround and so you spend half of your day fielding phone calls for employees who no longer work there. No worklife balance unless you like working evenings and weekends.
