Asking for help is a sign of weekness,, it is your job to handle the phone call no matter how angry the called is. Your supervisor has no interest in you, so I if a customer makes u cry it is your business only or part of your job. if u share this info u are not acting fake and u will get a bad review, Health Care here is very expensive. There is no downtime time. Alstate believes in u staying busy. If u want to be a good employee here it's there way or the highway. If u just be quiet and do as u are told with no questions asked is the only way u are going survive here.
