Pros

None. There are literally no pros to this just unless you're just trying to have your license test and application paid for.

Cons

Unmanageable workload. 5 new claims every single day including weekends so you see 35 new claims a week and they expect you to clear out all these claims in 1-2 days even when insureds and claimants don't answer the phone. The training is a joke. They basically give you 50% of what you need and expect you to figure out the rest on your own. The biggest issue is they hire you telling you it's an hourly role and 40 hours per week. 2-3 months after training when you're off probation and into "production" they switch you salary with no pay increase and then expect you to work 55+ hour weeks to keep up with the insane load of claims.

Pros

One of the top rated insurance companies.

Cons

They are constantly doing layoffs and reorgs which causes a lot of angst among employees. At some point, it is not good for morale.

Abundant opportunities to make sales.
