Pros

Stable work environment. Fair compensation and benefits Reasonable work/home balance

Cons

Has a history of reacting to shareholder to the employee’s detriment. With limited market share opportunities in the auto product line, I’m concerned about the long-term future of this company.

Pros

I have been here for internships in the past. Decided to take the job to further grow. I interviewed with other places, but the fact that I chose Allstate should mean something.

Cons

Poor management decisions. I am also not quite fond of some of the work spaces. Some departments have better facilities than others.
