Pros

No pros. This company lacks in quality to say the least.

Cons

Where do I begin? Let’s start with the management of the sites. The communication for the company is poor. They are not on one accord when it comes to communication, and you’ll be told one thing and the next minute told a completely different thing. They do not have their payroll in order. I am still waiting on my first check and I started almost a month ago. The management tried to tell me that I wasn’t in the system, but I was already at my site working my post so that confused me. Then they tried to tell me how arrears work and that was incorrect. If we get paid weekly then that would mean I wouldn’t receive my first check till 2 weeks later. In this instance, I haven’t received my check in going on 4 weeks. I would not recommend working for this company at all. Save yourself the trouble. The man (Fundock) who hired me does not respond to any messages you may have and leaves you guessing. I had to drive to the Tampa office to see what was going on, because I hadn’t received my offer letter or schedule. 0/10 do not recommend

Pros

Pay was decent when you work a full schedule. Some sites were very easy to work. Minimal supervision. Paid weekly. Set schedule. Most sites were close to home.

Cons

From the top down, utter and complete lack of communication. Extremely disorganized. No value of employees No morals. No accountability when they make a mistake. They force you to stay over your scheduled shift by 4 hours if no relief has arrived. Employees are just another number to them. They will cut your days and hours without notice and expect you to be ok with it. They will change your predetermined schedule without notice. They mishandle your pay at times so you'll need to have it fixed. They allow employees to get away with almost anything without repercussions. Dishonest. They won't always find you coverage when someone doesn't show up aside from not informing you that they aren't showing up.
