I heard great things about this company and was eager to join. They have awesome accounts, which look amazing on your resume. The job was easy to get and seemed very promising as far as career goals.

Cons

HORRIBLE communication between management and regular employees micromanaging contradicting rules FAVORITISM is at an all time high If you're ever up for a promotion and management doesn't want to consider you they will write you up for something as simple as being 30 seconds late.(write ups disqualify you from promos) Promotions are based on who they like, not who can do the job
