Pros

Pay normally arrives on time.

Cons

After several major mergers in the last couple of years, it seems the only operations or client managers that remain or have been are useless "YES" bodies. There is "NO" concern about the field staff. Rules are made up locally to limit the direct interaction with field staff. Duties changed and added without any concern on how field staff are impacted. What ever a client wants, the answer is "YES". It doesn't matter if it impractical, makes "NO" impact on site or staff safety, or can even be realistically accomplished. Duties constantly changed and added but "NO" staff increases or pay increases. Most management haven't worked in the field in years, if ever and have "NO CLUE" to real world site duties.

Pros

Not much. The other non security employees that I worked with were nice to talk to. The company really is hard to list any benefits or pros for

Cons

A lot. Low pay (9.20/hr) and not a lot of hours this is not a stable job and will have you looking for different employment options within a month of hire.

Pros

Easy to get hired Easy, though demanding job Many locations throughout the world so you can move around if you like

Cons

Boring job Poorly Organized company Poor training standards Very demanding yet inflexible to your needs Low chances of advancement within a given facility Forget about not working holidays, they are required No sense of unity or employee pride No team spirit, you come do your job and can't even socialize as 100% of the time is focused on the work so you really don't know your fellow employees much so hard to feel part of a team Almost zero carreer opportunities
