It is a good experience to have when just starting off in the security field they will give you the necessary training and skills to further your career in law enforcement

Cons

Don't really have anything bad to say it's all a learning experience.

Pros

availability of hours, employees are generally good people who want to do their jobs, some great supervisors.

Cons

company grossly ignores the plights of employees, corruption within management on a district level, company will do anything in its power to avoid paying employees for things like vacation time. employees are generally underpaid and overworked.
