HR seems to not do anything about any situations. Health insurance is ridiculously expensive

Pros

1. It beats being unemployed. 2. They'll help with licensing.

Cons

1. They will give you the least amount possible in the way of wages. 2. You pay for all of your own healthcare benefits, and if you want off, you'll have to fight hard for months, even if you are now part time from full time. 3. Hard to get a set schedule, so if you have kids, this is definitely not ideal. 4. They've been sued many times for state and government labor regulations including breaks, meal periods, and pay. You'll get mail regarding settlements. 5. If another employee is harassing you they won't do anything about it, even if people have witnessed it, Human resources will say they will get back to you and wont. Also their HR department is really rude. I had to fight to get my name changed with a person in HR while showing them the marriage certificate, she still didn't believe my old name as well as my new name was on there. 6. Management often makes hollow promises and makes the job seem like it's a theme park, they also tend to hire friends, and keep people that would often be fired according to their employee handbook. 7. Speaking of hollow promises, If you refer an employee and expect the bonus they promise after giving the information, no one is going to fight very hard to give you that bonus, so don't expect to see any pay from that. 8. The uniforms you are issued take forever to arrive, and to boot they are 100% polyester, so when that heat wave comes expect a nice heat rash if you're outside and that you, as well as any fellow co workers will smell because of it. 9. If you are an optimistic person, you'll find it very rare to find another optimistic person. 10. If you are a female, they will not treat you fairly, often say sexists jokes, and have said unfair things behind other co workers backs at sites. 11. I once got an email telling the whole staff we had to eat in our cars on our lunch break. 12. You're information will be shared as casual conversation throughout the company, there is no privacy. Also this Company's gossip is out of control, so much so they had to make people sign a waiver. 13. Your co workers will often bicker and fight with each other in front of the client and other co workers creating a hostile working environment. 14. This company has opinions on other companies, but doesn't realize the good ones don't do near as much damage to the employees rights and treat them more professionally without having to bad mouth other companies. 15. People often urinated themselves and quit because of embarrassment after waiting so long to be relieved to use the restroom. 16. Most employees are military, ex military, really young or retired. 17. Young people often try to give you their advice and tell you that whatever you're doing isn't good enough, and they often get into trouble at work. 18. You are often having to deal with all types of weather at your post. 19. I once had an account manager say in a meeting that if we came at him sideways he was going to come right back at us the same. 20. Expect any work areas you share to be dirty, no one cleans up the work areas, it's really rare that people do.
