Pros

weekly pay! Due to high turnover you can move up to be a supervisor very quickly, decent benefits and good work perks such as discounts on cellular service.

Cons

Low pay, raises don't come very often, having to work over due to officers frequently being late for their shifts.

Pros

Expedient interview and new onboarding process for applicants.

Cons

Lack of training, new employees snowfire security background we're not adequately advised of prevalent industry expectations. Unclear post assignment, lack of direction, treated as an expendable commodity rather than as a human being. Abused by management. All feedback negative and absolutely no acknowledgement of positive achievement. Manager repeatedly threatens employees violation of company policy and EEOC regulation.

Pros

Only one pro weekly pay

Cons

They don't really take into account your life outside of work, more loyal to the client than the people that do the work for them. Hard to move up.
