Pros

Do you want adrenaline and a straight forward security job? This one does not lack in that department especially if you want a easy security position.

Cons

Leadership is the massive issue. They have no consideration of your personal life and responsibilities. So I’m sorry to all the current or past employees that has kids because they don’t care about that either it was my personal last straw when my “Captain” told me that the only legal obligation I had to my kid was picking them up and dropping them off and not even the fact that I am a single parent that is trying to raise my kid. DO NOT believe your agreed time of work with them by any means! I worked with them for about a month and a half but even then I wish I had actually gotten better leadership because if I did then I probably would’ve made this job a career.

Pros

The only pro about this company is that it pays weekly. If you are a student or an adult going back to school to transition into a much better career then this place is a good option.

Cons

The culture is terrible. I have 15 years of leadership experince working for Homeland Security as TSA Supervisor. There is no comparison. The company hires anyone. The people that they hire alot of them do not care. The some of the leadership in this company lack morals.

Pros

Plenty of overtime on a weekly basis

Cons

There is little to no training. They sit you in front of a computer for a couple hours and expect you to know the ins and outs of security.
