Pros

Big Brand name, Office parties, Outings

Cons

1. No scope for learning in terms of new technologies. Working on outdated technologies. 2. Bunch of idiot mangers who doesn't even know how to prepare excel sheets. They even don't know how to talk to your subordinates. 3. Developers who do the actual work are treated like stray animals and they have to bear most of the pressure. 4. Working on weekends, 15-16 hrs working , No work life balance , No comp offs. One can see everything happening here. 5. Senior exp. professionals are leaving which is making the new joiners a problem to learn technologies. 6. Favoritism is on peek and one can see its effect during appraisal. Office politics, Boot lickering everything is happening here. 7. Lot of fights can be seen happening in between tester, developers and business people on requirements. 8. No proper policies . No standard. 9. Management is least bothered about all this things they are only concerned about achieving target at less cost which is resulting in cutting people. 10 Pathetic work culture.

Pros

The people I worked with were great and had a lot of respect for the senior management. Job security is high and company is very highly regarded globally. Good benefits and they are open to assisting with work-life balance.

Cons

Claims staff are undervalued and overworked. Staff engagement is mediocre. Middle management create an inner circle culture and people who speak up are generally excluded. They can be very short sighted being too obsessed with numbers. There is a very clear division between underwriting and claims even at board level.

Pros

Coworkers make the company bearable; good benefits; employees that transitioned from California are knowledgeable; encourage continuing education

Cons

Upward mobility based on office politics; members of middle management were verbally abusive and management style would divide team rather than bring it together; witnessed employees take on workload of two employees as department was downsized while middle management's workload remained the same.
