Pros

Benefits is very good. Unlimited outpatient. Able to claim for home wifi after probation. Nice location. Many cheap and nice lunch place around.

Cons

At Allianz, promotions are only considered after two years, which feels discouraging for fast learners and high performers who make a real difference. It’s frustrating to see that seniority often outweighs performance. During town halls, the management proudly highlights how most leaders have been with the company for 10-20 years. While experience is important, it feels like the company prioritizes longevity over recognizing and rewarding talent. For anyone starting their career and hoping to grow quickly, Allianz might not be the best place. HR should really rethink how they retain and motivate high-performing employees. HR loves to boast about the 14-month salary, but let’s be honest, it’s just a different payroll structure, not a real benefit. When you break it down to a 12-month equivalent, you are severely underpaid, and it can hurt you when applying for loans, credit cards, or even your next job. And if you leave? Say goodbye to those extra months. It’s misleading to call it a perk when it’s just a way to make the salary sound better than it is. If you get an offer, think twice and prioritize the base salary, it matters more in the long run.

My experience was very bad

Pros

Steady paycheck, cafeteria, nice looking building

Cons

The legal department at Allianz is good if you are in the mean girls club. Some mangers are good some way bad. Most people are looking for other jobs. A lot of people do not speak and keep their heads down. One manager can destroy your reputation. Also lied to about what the position was... it was way different. I spent 20 percent of my day on IT issues! Nothing works there. Hostile work enviornment, unless you are in the in "group". Also if you do not give managers top reviews they put you in focus groups. They sku the system.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k, PTO time, Holidays, fair pay. But these have all been in place for many, many years. Work from home opportunities very valuable

Cons

Favoritism, no direction. Lots of management turnover and change in culture. Hard to follow. Poor business results, no raises, and bonus's below target for multiple years.
