Pros

1. Benefits 2. Paid on time 3. A (really ) small smattering of the employees are friendly and helpful

Cons

This place is toxic. AGCS in US is primarily made up of ex FFIC employees who at best can be described as incompetent. I mean it needs special skills to be merged with a firm that’s 1/10th of what you were at your peak. AGCS Munich and London is comprised of “management” who only need the next scapegoat.

Pros

NO PROS worth mentioning for this company.

Cons

1. Do not risk your career as you will not be working for Allianz but for AMOS which is a child company of Allianz group and is being totally run by a bunch of Indian "lunatic" management people. 2. Management of this company has found their way in through trickery. They all from Sales and Operations background. They do not know have idea about how to run and manage an IT project. 3. Employees are treated so badly that many of them had to abscond in order to protect their dignity and self esteem. 4. There are two groups here. One from Barclays operation and not IT and another from Bajaj sales. They constantly do politics amongst themselves to get the upper hand and hard working employees who want to work peacefully always suffer because of this cross fire. 5. Technologies being used such as Eclipse RCP, SOAP web services are obsolete in market. No market recognized framework is being used here. So no career boost in terms of technical knowledge of skills. 6. The management people literally treat employees as casual labour. They do not respect employees or any of your efforts put forth towards the project you work in. 7. Politics and favoritism are the buzz words in this company. 8. Right from the directors, associate directors, and senior managers are recruited through mutual channels in other words perfect juggad and not on merit basis. 9. Appraisals and performance evaluation processes are highly biased and always swing in the direction of favorites of the management. 10. There is only one product which being run in different projects for different countries. 11. There are no events where you can come along with your families. 12. Work life balance is not values here at all.

Pros

- Nice people and environment - Work-Life balance is ok

Cons

- Thailand CEO runs the company as a mafia boss - Projects get boring after a while, they are all too similar - Benefits are not aligned with other countries. Munich employees get nice pension and healthcare which they don't need because Germany already has outstanding benefits; third world countries employees get second class benefits even though they are needed more because the country doesn't provide. - Keep reinventing the wheel - No planning at all - Global group is a dinosaur company: Old mentality, super slow changes, etc - Salaries are average for the country IT sector
