Pros

Global brand, connection to multiple entities across the globe.

Cons

Risk Management team lacks leadership and has formed a toxic culture. Leadership tends to favour people recruited by themselves and there is a sense of nepotism and willingness to downplay issues. Noticeable bullying of team members.

Pros

The culture of the entire organisation in allowing such toxic behaviours and blatantly ignoring concerns raised, coupled with making excuses for statistics that prove that the culture is toxic, makes it very difficult to state anything positive about the company. Globally Allianz seems to have good reviews, however Allianz Australia is a toxic workplace and would not recommend as a career choice.

Cons

Allows for bullying of staff, toxic environment, complaints are ignored, excuses are always made, completely unsupportive. Never have I worked for such a terrible organisation
