Pros

They put a lot of thought into adding a bit of fun for employees, mostly in the form of "dress down" days, but also in a company BBQ and such. Lots of friendships were formed, and it was a fun place to work IF you were making your numbers.

Cons

Suggestions were not usually welcomed. You were there to get a job done, not try to improve things.

Reasonable compensation Offices are generally nice Generous personal time

Cons

Only 6 holidays Pretty terrible healthcare insurance options Pretend to care about employees, but really only a ruse to get good employee satisfaction scores.
