Pros

The schedule you get to choose mainly which is nice and very flexible. You get a lot of paid time off.

Cons

There are a lot of problems with management, especially supervisors. Even if there’s a problem, nothin g is fixed. People quit and walk off the job because of a lot of disrespect.

Pros

Good work schedule/paid vacation/close to home/toll reimbursement / can work overtime/basically wear whatever you want to work. That's it for pros

Cons

A million different policies in which none are followed, nepotism, favoritism, insane amount of work you are required to complete in a day for minimum wage, you will work a year before you make any commission, managers are lazy and unprofessional. If you are a drug user it's ok, as long as you answer the calls. Top 5 collectors have been there 20 years so you will never make what they make. You are basically answering the phones to take their payments. People can make whatever deal they want on your accounts , which affects your revenue, have to watch every payment that comes in because the posting department screws it up. High turnover, 1 out of 10 stay. Management will throw you a bone just to make you think you can do it. I would not recommend this job to anyone
