Pros

This is the first company I have worked for that the Culture runs deep throughout the firm. Everyone is here to execute and achieve goals. Senior leadership establishes challenging and clear objectives, while supporting and encouraging their employees to realize success. You are welcomed to the team and your contributions are acknowledged. The Finance and Accounting leadership is second to none and truly embrace their employees.

Cons

I am not able to provide any cons, I continue to thrive and enjoy what I do each and everyday.

I have growing quickly in the firm through the last 8 years with the support and coaching g of great leaders, humble but passionate, high impact work with senior clients in complex and challenging situations, and the strongest team work and respect for consultants. Amazing growth benefits consulting staff with strong compensation and fantastic place to work. Proud to become a managing director working g with such great people.

Cons

Be prepared to be passionate about your Industry and relentless on delivering value for your clients. Can be hard work but work life balance policy improving fast with 3/4/5, part time and sabbatical policy.

Pros

AlixPartners has been working on many great initiatives to cement itself as a "Top place to work." It's been inspiring to see many of these initiatives come to life, with more support for employee resource groups and thoughtful consideration for improving benefits, such as the new parental leave policy.

Cons

The firm is continuing to work on developing its organizational support for employees who are not consultants and work in Corporate Services. In the past, there hasn't been as much consideration for these employees, but career growth and professional development plans that are being evaluated look promising.
