      - High-added consulting: urgent topics with strong P&L impact - Small teams so direct exposure to clients, strong collaboration with client teams and autonomy of consultant, even at entry grade

      Pros

      Really great people with a great mix between pure consultants and people coming from the industry. Because of the very high daily rate, type of job is really high impact and you work directly most of the time with CxO. Compensation is also on par with top consulting companies but coul dbe better considering the amount of experience consultants bring to the table.

      Cons

      Sometimes heavy travel but this is to be expecteted in consulting. Moreover, career path is not always clear. Finally, overall worlwide strategy of the company is also not 100% clear whether in terms of practice development or office openings.
