As a result, the firm is personally and professionally challenging and rewarding.
Cons
Because the nature of the work is time critical and often crisis driven, and AlixPartners employees inherently strive towards success, often times there is no delineation between work life and personal life. The firm rewards you monetarily for the sacrifices, but at some point, the extra money may not be worth the sacrifice.
