Pros

Nice social benefits, no rush in work. Salary is fine, easy to get RSU, also you can be moved to the USA if you want to.

Cons

A lot of legacy code, sometimes it is really poor. A lot of engineers which are called 'seniors' are juniors in fact, have no idea how did they got there.

Building is nice, the workplace is very nice (San Antonio Business Park)

Cons

- Salary is low for the work you do, they pay about $900/mo for a ton of work - Management is perhaps of the critical issues here. You only get travel if you are friends with MGMT. Boss is always supervising, watching, micromanagement is of the worst I have ever experienced - Work environment is awkward, they are always trying to find something against you and blame you for it - Work benefits are not always lke they are explained, medical coverage they praise themselves with depends on "availability", dental care is never available, company doctor is never available, etc - Their work schedules are absolutely NOT flexible.

Cons

Irritating hustle culture. The pace is too high and everyone is stretched thin. Always way too many projects going on at once. Working after hours is a necessity to even get close to finishing the work that's expected of you. There is little tolerance for mistakes, even when you're new.
