Cons
in my 4 year experience Its a very sacrified job, you have to stay long hours in front of a computer and achieve their goals, you dont have enough time to eat, etc, their salaries are no longer competitive and sometimes you feel unfair things as a employee, It has a very toxic environment, you just feel overwhelmed and sometimes your head is going to explote. To me it was just a transit job, so if you think to apply and assure that you will last less than 1 year go ahead, however it is not a place to stay forever for your mental health. Now that im not longer there and its been a while i feel some relief to not be there, i dont miss it at all. When you have meetings with your leaders and you explain how you feel they dont listen to you and they make you feel like you are useless. besides all of this i learned such good things as organization and leadership.
