Pros

Disorganization means free to do anything

Cons

From the employment number, it seems like a mature company. However, the RD department is very early, which means the disorganization of everything. Inefficient and unmatured system of people management. For example, the onboarding process, technical training, and lack of communication across teams. The most important things! Some of the managers cannot control their temp on professional occasions. Rude and disrespectful to the employer! Yelling and raising their voice without any witness. Be careful when you joyed the specific team! Lack of diversity Hard to get a promotion or better pay

Pros

Invisalign and iTero are great products. The stock program is also very rewarding.

Cons

Worst culture in the entire industry. Micromanagement to the highest degree. They have now cut almost everyone’s territory in half and essentially doubled the quotas. Impossible to ever hit quota two quarters in a row. The territories are have gotten so small and saturated it’s not possible to work more than 10 hours a week as every office has a scanner. Also Invisalign is a closed system so it’s very unethical twisting customer’s arms to buy itero that already have scanners that are faster and more accurate than iTero.

Pros

- Good compensation - Good travel policy - you have a great flexibility on where to stay and scrutiny on expenses is limited to a few managers. Everyone else is relaxed. - SVP and MD changed recently - he seems to have a notion to implement more progressive communication strategies and culture than the previous one. - Product is so good, it pushes this company forward day after day.

Cons

- Terrible corporate culture - customer is in the center of attention. At least that's what is stated in every communication. It would be fine if employees were taken care of. EMEA is notorious for it's against-the-employees practices. Bad performing employees are simply moved to different, often associate-director roles. - You are informed of none of your rights or benefits you could claim if only you were told about them. It seems like you can get more out of the company only by learning about the failures of others, so you know what to avoid or what you might be entitled to. - No social interactions - only recently social drinks became a social thing. There are no employee facilities where people are encouraged to hang out, other than a pool table. - Feels like a corporate rat race, led by some senior hr managers who are steering people against each other behind the closed doors. - Terrible vibe in the office - Since relocation was announced, workload dropped to zero, and no-one is really working. I didn't think It was possible for this office to be even more empty and quiet. - Biggest drawback - it is up to a handful of individuals to make decisions for a whole company. No matter how good your project is unless you are deep in politics you can forget about it. Your manager will most likely be too afraid to push anything for you as well.
