- No layoffs during Covid was a curse cause “be happy you have a job” was used against many of us
- You’re expected to be accessible 24/7
- Someone else touched on it but MAJOR disconnect between management and workers. YUGE.
- Interdepartmental strategy? I don’t know her
- Watch your back and the company you keep, it can and will be used against you
- Unless you’re in Sales, be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen
- Anticipate wearing a lot of hats if you are competent, if you’re smart and establish that you live by the values of agility and accountability, congratulations you played yourself. Celebrate with a ton of work and no recognition or appreciation

- Harassment is real but see above bullet, HR is NOT your ally
- Promises to promote from within are largely unfulfilled so theyre hemorrhaging talent
