      Chaos and Lack of Leadership. Beware of the massive dysfunction.

      Great pay Great product Equity has been very rewarding

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and consistency. Leaders are not aligned and regularly disparage Each other. Crazy hours. 6 years of jobs always being frozen and total lack of functional support despite commitments from Americas leaders. Nasty politics from the top of Americas team drive the same in lower levels of organization. HR uses double speak and doesn't solve problems for employees despite the leading from the heart nonsense that is preached. HR only listens to speak up Anonymous complaints vs the day to day. Fear of speaking up openly is common for raleigh based leaders. No focus on commercial leader development. Lack of diversity

      Pros

      *Nice building, showers on site if you want to exercise locally. This means that I could run during lunch and conveniently shower to work for rest of day. *Lunch onsite cafe *Some projects good *I had good friends. All have moved on or if not, are looking. *jobs always open due to high turnover

      Cons

      *Is a grind, no positive outcome for you and your grind will make others rich *Workload beyond reasonable, expect 24 hour work day plus few free weekends. Expect feedback you must do more. Slave mentality. *No work from home benefit, replaced by outdated onsite policy

      Fast-growing company with ambitious (unrealistic) goals Limited or no career prospect for the staff of middle to entry level Many staff have a heavy workload but lack support from the company Top-down management style
