Pros

Good budget depends on the group director if he will spend the money on the group or not rich in funds

Cons

Bunch of idiots running the show in the IT group, have to work with people who have not worked in any other companies and feel what they do is right. The directors are not matured enough to drive innovation, have very limited knowledge of the things around them. Not a good place to work if you like doing things in a proper way, always what I do is right is the message from management

Pros

The overall purpose to improve oral health and confidence in the smile is always a wonderful thing to work towards. At the heart, I believe this is why employees continue to work so hard. You get to work with some amazingly talented people who care about the work they do. Benefits are decent and pay is above average for most fields. While this is a pro, it’s also a handcuff to keep you. There is always something to be done so you get many opportunities to strengthen skillsets and be introduced to things that make a nice resume booster.

Cons

This place has drastically changed in my time of working here. RTO requiring 5 days in office with no supporting evidence of increased productivity. None of the flexibility promised for those who are caregivers or have lives outside of work. Layoffs happen like an annual holiday, so go ahead and pencil in the entirety of your Q4 for “tentative”. Good luck if you’re spared, but congrats — you’re going to absorb the work of everyone who left. Too many cooks in the kitchen on nearly everything you’ll work on. Conflicting feedback from management and upper management. Urgency is emphasized to everything even if you are already handling a full load. Only for there to be no action or feedback when you deliver. The urgent thing is now a blink in the past. Lots of additional responsibilities with no additional pay or title and little transparency around how to move up.

Pros

Years ago this was a great place to work. Great peers, leadership who was supportive and believed in investing in the development of their team. Those days are gone.

Cons

* No job stability - massive layoffs every year. Even sales positions that used to be mostly protected were eliminated during this year's restructuring * No compensation for good performance - raises and bonuses are mostly non-existent * No opportunities for growth unless you use questionable means to get there * No importance placed on development, people hired in leadership positions have no experience in developing teams and don't even try * Leaders are hired not for their talent or value to the company, but by how willing their are to blindly follow orders * Constant false promises about the future and growth of the company * NO value placed on the mental health of employees - saw SEVERAL people burn out and eventually leave due to the toll their jobs took on their life and health * Several rumors of HR's unethical practices when dealing with sensitive employee situations
