      Pros

      Strong brand and market position. Interesting products in a highly regulated environment. Many talented people who work hard despite the challenges. Good exposure to large, complex projects.

      Cons

      Your day-to-day experience is largely shaped by your manager, with very little consistency across teams. Good people management feels dependent on individuals rather than supported by clear standards or accountability. The values the company talks about (wellbeing, inclusion, flexibility) aren’t applied consistently in practice. Raising concerns, asking questions or requesting support can feel uncomfortable, depending on who you report into. When things become difficult, HR processes can feel more focused on protecting process than supporting people.
