Promotion opportunities seem limited. I’ve been here a few years and haven’t seen much internal mobility or advancement, despite strong performance.

Workload was unmanageable. Upper management at exec level asks employees to lie about financial results. When they were informed I was not willing to do this, a month later my job was all of a sudden terminated - even though I was doing the work of four people due to previous layoffs - with a reason of "the role I held was no longer applicable to the firm's future" according to my manager who delivered the news over the phone, NOT in person. I reported what happened the prior month to HR and nothing was done. I found out through the grapevine that my manager was then let go 2 months later.
