Constantly told that people matter ( one of the company's values ) but we are just treated like a number. We use too many systems and they are all configured poorly. To much paperwork and bureaucracy. Nobody in America cares about the Australian office. Important business functions are outsourced to low cost countries and people who are quite junior and don't understand finance, IT or HR. Global IT is a nightmare. Laptops are low cost and bogged down with bloatware and draconian security settings. We have to use slow VPN for email and calendar and it often drops out.

Tons of layoffs, employees that have been working for the company for a long time have been laid off. A lot of cost cutting. Big focus on moving to offshore resources. Many client team members do not have a good understanding of the system which causes a lot of frustration and rework. Benefits and pay are mediocre. Employees are not an asset and they will not hesitate to fire/layoff.
