Change is constant and stress is high. The company has become so lean over the years that there is no ability to backfill roles when we have attrition. Years of replacing experienced team members with new hires has created a toxic environment. Experienced colleagues do the vast majority of the work and have no ability to train newer team members. This has been an issue for years and now the experienced colleagues, who once worked long hours to save the day refuse to have no work life balance any longer. Once the leader in the industry they are losing more clients due to cost and poor quality.

Hostile Work Environment Human Resources constantly ignore sexual harassment complaints As an employee you are just a number and a robot They will give you more responsibilities than stated on contract without raise that goes with the added responsibilities as per their own policies. Constructive Criticism is not welcome. Management often delegate their workload and do not share credit. Unless you are a friend of upper management, you will not be promoted.
