      Facing difficulties to become competitive in today's scenarios. Not having good technological advantage, but having decades of vast experience in Benefit Administrations. 2 organisational changes within 15 months, first it was bought by Blackstone from Aon Hewitt, and operate as independent entity. And now Wipro has bought it Indian operations.
