Alight (AonHewitt) has the lowest employee satisfaction level. You will be forced to do extra hours and work on weekends

Nothing is good about the company after it's accuisition by Black Stone.

Cons

Weekend working. Extended Shifts. Low salary. I don't think there is anything else left to say here. Employee satisfation is at all time low.
