Pros
If you work hard you can advance quickly to Sr CSR with the drive program. Pay is good and work is steady but not overwhelming or stressful although other people might have a different opinion. Good benefits, and plenty of PTO. This has been a good job and company for me, I learned so many things and customer service is something you can use in your day to day life.
Cons
It is hard to schedule PTO and it seems like if you reach Sr. CSR there is the potential to stagnate, however they recently rolled out new programs and off cycle merit increases for SR CSR's.
