Amazing opportunities to be in the midst of a renaissance of growth. Solid pay and benefits. Great clients. Caring and service minded culture.

Cons

Work load is immense. Projects of magnitude seem never ending. Unknown brand and loss of Hewitt association difficult. Leadership serving two masters (Alight and VC)
