Employee friendly. Good working culture. Under expected promotions and annual appraisal in 2017.

Cons

Facing difficulties to become competitive in today's scenarios. Not having good technological advantage, but having decades of vast experience in Benefit Administrations. 2 organisational changes within 15 months, first it was bought by Blackstone from Aon Hewitt, and operate as independent entity. And now Wipro has bought it Indian operations.
