The benefits cannot be matched by 95% of companies out there today and great pay

Cons

There is the Alcon way which is that everything is extremely slow and bureaucratical. Not much room for career advancement.

Good benefits, bonuses over the past 3 years have been great. Work-life balance has improved over the past 2 years.

Cons

Current merger with Alcon causes great concern. Communication from management is very poor. The company is very political and has a tendency to keep managers with very poor people skills.
