Business Outlook
Pros
This is a great company with great products and people. They are forward thinking and wisely use technology to enhance the business. There is a good work/ life balance and in general it is a fun, challenging place to work.
Cons
We are our own worst enemy. Our project time lines are too short but the time to get a critical decision is too long. Also, departments are fairly siloed and there is very little promotion from one area into another. Communication has improved between departments, but it still suffers.
