      Non, oh sorry nice cafeteria and beautiful grounds and koi fish

      Cons

      Old school Texas mentalities that are pissed off that Novartis acquired them number 1 and if your from the East Coast forget it....there is definitely prejudice with these people who have been in their jobs for way too long. Novartis really needs to go in and clean up all the dead TEXAS wood!

      location is great. gym is great.

      Cons

      It is an old company that has not caught up with the modern business culture. It lacks personal growth opportunities, career paths and cutlure.

      Pros

      This site was a great place to work. The management team cared about the work force and promoted continuous improvement for everyone.

      Cons

      The process was moved out of the country so the site was shut down in 2013. This was a decision made by corporate. While I am sure it made good business sense it was to bad so many people lost there jobs.
